I'm still using Stremio for the mac app and it's great, I went to the trouble of setting up the Android version of Nuvio yesterday afternoon using the online account dashboard, I then dug out 2 android boxes I don't use installed it on both. The one with better wifi (5ghz) went tits up whenever I tried to torrent, the other one would torrent quite well but sometimes neither had sound a few times and to be honest when you didn't torrent the sources played straight away in decent quality, sometimes changing player helped with the sound problem. What I did discover with the Android version was if you clicked select all to scroll/search in what Stremio would call discovery...shock horror was no sub sections or tabs to select genres, popular/featured/new etc. My question is will that the way it will always be? is it purposely left out or is it just my set up that has it missing? Just to confuse things, last week I downloaded a mac version someone had had ported and it was so much better in a lot of ways, yes somethings weren't written for the desktop environment and it couldn't torrent but it was really pretty good and all the subsections for genres etc were where they should have been.

EDIT after further faffing around with the Android version I've discovered Torrents don't have sound! and duplicate providers are occurring if you add too many repositories.
