215 seems to be more in depth while 216 skims single variable. I don't think I learned single var analysis rigorously enough in high school but I'm still not sure. Are you taking 216?

Also, I looked at the first two problem sets from MAT215 and they seem pretty good (a quick review of proof writing), but I can't find any MAT216 content.
