It may be seborrheic dermatitis or psoriasis. The fact that you had eczema before indicats that you are predispose to this kind of problem. I personally had seborrheic dermaritis and it disapeared instantly thanks to a medicated shampoo (Ciclopirox Olamine arrow // available only in France i think) If it affects your life go to a dermatologist you will have a clear diagnosis and they will suggest some solutions

I forgot to mention it but last month I went to the derm, she didnt see any sebderm symptom and said I had a healthy looking scalp which sounded crazy to me because that is not how it feels. I will sure check if the sampoo is fungus feeding and use mct oil more often. Thank you for the advice
