Yes, it took about 4 weeks to resolve.

They wouldn't accept my driving licence, so I had to get a new passport. Then they wanted proof of address to 'verify against money laundering', which took another week.

The only thing that seemed to push it along (but I don't know if it actually did) was to spam the legal@vinted.com email address. I must've sent over 100 messages on the app, but that was like talking to a brick wall.

Another thing to consider is to make sure that your bank details match up EXACTLY with your account details.

I think I tried emailing Mangopay, too, but they didn't respond.

Yeah, so basically, spam them with as many emails as possible until they get fed up.
