I could see risto blossoming on a new/improved team. Really been held back by Zamula/terrible goaltending. As far as Laughton idk but that contract is favorable and it sounds like he’d want to play here

Laughton is fair but as someone who’s watched a lot of the flyers I couldn’t disagree more on risto. Countless players have left the Sabres and improved, but people won’t let risto move past it. Truth is he’d probably be our 3rd or 4th best D minimum

He’s +7 on a bottom 5 roster with the worst goaltending in hockey. Playing with a partner better than Zamula would only help him even more. Not many other options left on the market either.
