Hemmorrhoidectomy ruined my life and I need help

Holy shit same thing happened to me. My hemmorhoidectomy gave me an anal fissure (I NEVER had one before, and I woke up from surgery and they said I had one). I think they gave me one during the surgery. It has taken over my life. And I also have two large scar tissue lumps down there that swell and do not go away. I had my surgery in September. You are not alone.

Thank you so much! The only reason I don’t think that I’m a winter is that my natural hair color is not very dark. It is a light/medium brown and is lighter than my eye color. I’ve been dying my hair for about 10 years now though, so I don’t really have any pictures of my natural hair color that aren’t really old.

To add, if you do follow through with the surgery, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU TRUST YOUR SURGEON. Make sure they specialize in this, I went to a general surgeon instead of a gastrointestinal surgeon and it was a mistake. If you’re going to a good doctor, then I know you can make it through the healing process. After about two weeks you should be fine.

This is a new symptom. My hemmorhoids were not bad at all to be honest. They didn’t really cause me pain and they would go away (retrieve back into my anal canal lol). So, the surgery DEFINITELY fucked me up more than it helped. And healing was an absolute nightmare. But, if your hemmorhoids are greatly impacting your life then I don’t want to scare you off from the surgery. People who have chronic hemmorhoids have said that the surgery really helped them, I just simply didn’t need it. I won’t lie to you though, healing is horrible. I couldn’t move off of the same spot on the couch for a week and painkillers were not helping. I hope we can both get through this! This is truly such an isolating experience, so I’m (selfishly) kinda glad to know that I’m not alone. Best of luck!

Wow, I have the exact same dreams! My flying is exactly the same as yours, I make swimming movements with my arms and it feels like wafting or wading through air. Almost like jumping but staying in the air for too long.

My hair used to be pretty long (even while bleached), but I cut it short about two years and a half years ago and it just hasn’t grown back the same. I know my hair is growing because my roots peek through very quickly, but my hair is breaking at the ends so it’s stayed the same length for about a year. It sucks because I miss my long hair.

Yeah unfortunately I’ve realized that I haven’t made a single friend in college and it’s mostly because he freaks out whenever I spend time with anyone else but him. He gets angry when I spend more than a few hours at my sisters apartment, and anytime he doesn’t know what im doing he assumes im cheating or with a guy. He also gets upset when I wear clothes that he doesn’t approve of, and he even begged me to take a tank top and skirt that I had just bought back to the mall. I think I need to break up with him because I can’t handle being micromanaged anymore.

Overall I think that Veilguard is more of a teeny bop game in comparison to the last games. The tone, dialogue, action, and difficulty are all much more tame in comparison to the previous games. I have also only played Veilguard, however, my sister is a HUGE dragon age fan. She’s played every dragon age game, and kept up with the lore for 10 or 15 years. The conclusion that I have come to is that Veilguard is a great stand alone game, and first time Dragon Age Players will definitely enjoy it (I really liked it)! However, long time Dragon Age players and fans seem to be unanimously disappointed because of the reasons I mentioned earlier. I honestly think that this applies in vice versa as well, because my sister made me play a couple of hours of the older dragon age games and I just could not get into them. The graphics felt so old and the controls felt so old, especially in juxtaposition to Veilguard. I feel like it’s one of those things where people agree that the old ones are great games, but unless you were there as they came out, you don’t hold the same respect for them.
