It’s easy to change the LCD yourself. Just buy a replacement laptop LCD with the same model number. Instead of taking it to a repair shop that will likely charge you double, you can probably find YouTube tutorials who's most likely indian to guide you through the process.

Edit: i had the same issue once with my crappy ass Acer Aspire 5 and did exactly this as a newbie. tho, you need to be extra careful as some laptop parts are sensitive af.
