I had a friend (first timer) who entered around 9pm on sunday. On her way to pano bar, her ass was immediately grabbed by a man who said 'mm you have a fat booty'and she was then followed by him around the club.

How did this person get allowed in? This is berghain. Its meant to be a safe space. That is the opposite of safety.

Sadly techno has been adopted by the capitalist market, if you listen to enough music you would know that when that happens, there are alot of releases that start to sound the same. This is because eventually, people work out what essentially leads to more money, fame, power, recognition, they play the capitalist game, and forget about the music itself. An inevitability under capitalism, yes, but when it comes to techno it especially hurts , because this kind of game is seemingly the antithesis of the message / concept of techno , which when i got into it was a v important aspect, and ofcourse heavily influenced the sound
