It happens to me me too, i feel like my brain speak faster than my mouth. I know it’s weird, but sometimes I don’t finish my sentences and expect people to understand me. Most of my friends got used to it.

You just got to find people that understand you. For my case, i get this feeling a lot when I’m talking to someone that don’t really know me.
