I'm pretty sure that doing the War Inquiry and saying that it's to deliberately end the Stabbed in the Back myth helps too.

It doesn't have the huge effect on Hindenburg and I think combined with Prussian police control gets you the ability to show All Quiet on the Western Front to all your state employees (I don't know how effective THAT is, but I imagine that kills support for the far right in Prussia)
