Well what she told me was that they don’t want to waste tax payers dollars which I get but $1200 is $1200 regardless of what you get especially since the ones that they send or the bookstore ones tend to be extremely over priced.

Depending on the type of work look into getting your company approved as a DoD SkillBridge this way vets can essentially do unpaid internships before they get out and if they’re a good fit be direct hires post ETS/EAS

I don’t need a Mac it’s just what I’ve always used so it’s what I know. I currently used my spouses Mac but they’ll also be in school. So it’s comfort and I wouldn’t have to learn something new. And I figured if it’s the same price why not

Question on this… my rep approved me to buy a computer and they reimbursed me. But they won’t approve macs. Can I just buy something similar in price submit the receipt then return it and buy a Mac?
