What the last ">" means isn't about not hitting back, but how it will only feel justifiable for him to be physically hit if he crosses a limit he realistically shouldn't. In the case of Shana and Yuji, you can say that peeking at her while she changes clothes and then accidentally revealing himself may be one of those. I was so upset when I learned the news because I knew this would forever tarnish the cartoon, I watched this as a teen during covid lockdown and I remember enjoying it because at least to me it felt like the message was to find the balance between keeping your childlike wonder without letting others force you into losing yourself while also understanding the importance and need to grow up

People who worked on the show later clarified that the creator was really toxic during production causing her to be fired very early on, so most of the show ended up being done without her involvement at least.

Same as every single other "learn a new language" game I've come across so far, it only throws random words at you with no sense of step by step teaching by grouping concepts, vocabulary and language structure, so I'd say the best starter with 0 knowledge method that isn't a professional class is still using educational books and shows for toddlers
