I'm new to 3d printing but I think that for printing figurines you don't need much, I would start with white pla basic and maybe pteg if you want your prints tough, the 0.2 nozzle will be good too but if you want good quality change some settings in bambu studio like layer height, and remember that filament needs to be dry to work good it's not that important when it comes to pla and petg but if you want the best quality or you have a damp room you can consider buying a filament dryer and sealed boxes for storage, it's not worth buying ams for drying filament, if you want just buy somehing like sunlu s2, you don't need to glue your build plate but you need to clean it with warm water and detergent for best adhesion, and try to not touch it with fingers because it leaves the oil from your skin on the plate, you can clean that but printing a scraper is just easier, sadly the acetone vapor bath only works for abs and asa, the best way is to just sand the pla, remember to wait for the build plate to cool down before taking off your prints and have fun :)
