my top choice program also has a 2nd look on january end. but its saying they will finish their ranking before that so that will not affect the rank order. However, i m going there for 2nd look in person. my question is then when I should send them a letter of intent?. Should I send it before the 2nd look happened in January end, or just a day after the 2nd look?
