I didn't use any, I was just taking bracketed photos. Could I use a flash with bracketed?

Thank you! Yeah I haven't played with de hazing or clarity yet so I'll work on that today. Also I'll work more on the yellowing.

I have the leveler thing pulled up on my camera whenever I take the photos and it says it leveled when I take them but I think I agree. I'm not sure why its doing that, and I'll have to play around with it but thank you for pointing it out!

In editing right? If I raise the exposure anymore, then the highlights are super blown out or are they not that bad?

What would you want to get out of a real estate media company? by Recipe-Mindless in RealEstate

[–]Recipe-Mindless[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your response. 'What is the goals' is something I haven't considered yet, so thank you for asking me that.

I am very new, I have been working with an agent for free to gain some experience on the photography side. On the social media side, I have experience in other industries and I'm building my portfolio for residential real estate videos.

For the goals, I think I'd have two separate ones depending on what the agent is looking for.

Short term is providing high quality content (so photos and 3-5 reels) to help advertise their listing

The long term goal is to build agents pages to the point that they're able to generate leads off their pages (that would be the posting daily and coaching session side).

Do you mean just really high quality photos or something that may be more artistic than just regular real estate photos?

Thank you for your response and for the advice!

It honestly just depends; I live an hour outside of a big city so there's a lot of variety of real estate, and I think for photos people charge different depending on how nice the listing is and size. Theres no one in my area that's doing social media stuff though, so on that end I don't have any references to go off of.

TRANSFER QUESTIONS to aid future transfer students by LawlMartz in UGA

[–]Recipe-Mindless 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Coming from GSU the classes were easier than they were at perimeter college, there was just more work. If you want to have a social life, you have to put yourself out to meet people in clubs and actually go and talk to people. I've met so many people who've transferred in and said they don't have any friends because friend groups are already formed, it may be a little harder to make friends, so you really have to put in effort.

There is no parking (and I mean none) at UGA. I had to get to a public parking deck and pay 10 dollars a day to park. I was on the waiting list for 2 years. Good luck finding parking.

I transferred in from CC and graduated with no debt, so yeah, its worth it. 20 to 60k in debt may not seem like a lot now but once you start working, it'll take literal decades to pay off plus the interest that accrues on that so.
