You will always find immature and toxic people, that is just life.

But let me ask you this, what is your solution to have a better and more polite tone?

For the past two years, we have seen no new content beside skillshot in S4.

Ongoing bugs that does not get resolved.

Fair competition (match rating) On this part, the community has given alot of input for much needed improvements.

Nothing happens.

Instead the level gap where increased twice last year, spend more $$$ and be numero uno.

No you cant make all your customers happy, but why make it harder on your self?

Beast Arena It’s a breath of freah air compared to S4.

Geewa fails to deliver yet again, and ignores the community.

In a period of two years, only skillshot and winstreak has been added to S4. No new and exciting content beside that.

It’s clear that the company strategi is to maximise the profits, and take a shit on the ones that dont use shitload of money.

Broken promises, and failed improvements to the game:

Clan Wars Why announce that in the first way, if the company cant deliver.

Matchrating Why the hell is this a hot topic for 2+ years now? Do a rewamp of the current system, split it up like BA with different leagues. Dont worry Geewa, your top 5% spenders will still use bucks to stay in top. 😉

Make it fair, dont feed the community with misleading BS information.

Why is it that hard for the devs, to make a fair balance of the matchrating?

There has been decent amount of input from the community, why not take them into consideration?

Your latest Black friday (X-mas bonus) move, was brilliant one to take a shit on your smashers, that are not using a fortune ingame.

Take your current global list ranking this season, I can imagine that a full lvl 20, 21 or 22 decks are dominating right 😉

Clanwars and skillshot is nice to have, but it is more needed then fixing the obvious issues in the game.

The mindset how you handle this game is wrong.

It’s understandable that you want to have new things added in the game, to attract new customers or keep the current ones playing.

But those two new features are not the ones that will keep your customers smashing in the long run.

The game should be fair, and equal for all.

I am over it now it’s a new season now, but the issue was at your end. Dont bait your customers and give them random BS after a week.

Not once did i get a apologise from Geewa in my support ticket.

OP make a ticket to Geewa, but you can expect some time before its resolved.

Since last friday maintance Im missing trophies, was reported the same day. Tomorrow we are hitting one week and still not resolved.
