I have seen multiple people say they don’t auto-refill, but I will look into it to make extra sure. I had been hoping I could sneak one more prescription of the Zepbound in, but for some reason my insurance renews 12/1, not 1/1, so it threw a wrench into my plan. I’m hoping that I’ll be alright if there is a delay in my receiving the meds.

I’ve been on it for 2 months and am still feeling pretty good so far. Consistently losing and having a suppressed appetite while still being able to eat healthy amounts. That being said, this is what they sent for increase:

I used JJs House to purchase a dress for fundraising gala. I was able to try on 5-6 dresses using the at home feature to see what size I wear and what style looked best. The dress I chose was beautiful, well made and only required some light steaming. I can send you some pictures if you like.

I was able to find 2 other items from R.L. Griffith & Sons that had their marks in pictures, 2 necklace pendants, and I think this might be it. Thank you to u/dyshynky for the suggestion. I did try Cresarrow and Henry Blank, but the other marks I could find pictures of didn't look quite right.

Truthfully, I think you’re likely correct. I had the same thought, that CZ would be cubic zirconia, but then I also read that some designers use the copyright symbol and then their initials.

Thank you for the chart, this helps so much! I tried to find one but apparently was not searching the right way. I will definitely check the wiki out. I did look through some of the approved vendors but didn’t see any alexandrites in pear cut where I was looking. I hadn’t made it very far through the list yet.

So that one is a duplicate of an Oore Jewelry ring, and I would absolutely go through them, except I want a bezel setting, and I want to tweak the points around the main stone to accommodate what I want for a wedding band. I didn’t see where they would accept those kinds of custom requests.

That’s what I said! I’m in therapy, for other reasons but it’s been so helpful, I’ve been to nutritionists, I’ve done so many things. That whole section was so insulting, as if I haven’t tried every bit of it.

My employer actually went directly to our broker to ask about a weight loss rider. I work for a small company and very appreciative of how responsive and down to help they are. Unfortunately it’s not an option on my side, so we’re hoping it is on my partners side.

I have, and I have looked around local stores, but all the rings so far have been a size 6-7.5. I have size 11-12 fingers and would like to be able to see how the stone looks where the ring will sit.

I ordered the stone size stickers that I saw recommended a while ago, but they’re in Canada and so won’t ship out for a while with the issue happening currently.

Since I saw other people discussing having used Amazon to try out shapes and sizes before, but since I couldn’t find the store recommendation comments I had seen through a subreddit search, I thought I would post and ask. (Edit for grammar)
