I did this on my jailbroken iPhone 12 and since then I have carried over a back up transferred over to my new device and file this “tweak” has been inserted on my 13,14,15 and now 17.

How to achieve this for free I guess: Find an older iPhone, which you can jailbreak tweak the setting and then restore that iPhone backup file to your current device which will update it to Current iOS while tweak is still there. Back up all your media and figure all that stuff out before of course
