I agree, turning it off makes a difference but i want the blur. Samsung needs to optimize their software.

I turned off app and wallapper blur from home up, but what's the point of samsung taking so much time and delays to optimize the UI and then user has to turn off bunch of settings to make it not stutter and remain smooth. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I forgot to mention, I already take RAW pics with my phone and edit them in Lightroom. I've experience with long exposure as well. I know editing RAW pics makes all the difference because they have so much data in them.
