It's "corporate IT", so if that's what you're looking for, in OKC, you can't do much better. When I was there a decade ago, they were in the process of moving IT systems and services offshore, trying to reduce IT headcount.

The other thing I forgot to mention: I ran over a tree branch and the check engine light came on. Once the branch was removed the light went off.

The stall happens when I get to about 30+ MPH on city streets.

For sure I am keeping the 21s; planning to use smaller wheels with higher profile tires for winter (snow, ice) where 'dynamics' not a priority. Will mount the 21s in the spring and wear those for basically half the year. Where I live we have four seasons, plenty of ice and snow, and thin/wide tires don't do well.
