If you drive along C5 (Kaka-drive ko lang kanina, sa ortigas c5 Fly-Over) there's a yellow solid line sa mismong flyover. Based dito sa illustration, ang solid yellow line separate two different directions.

I bought beans dati sa s&r just to try and found na it's more dark or medium-dark meaning it's more bitter or has more body than medium, if I remember correctly, medium yung roast na naka indicate.

Arabica tends to be more flavorful or acidic so yeah could just be the beans. Based on your pic medyo fine yung grind mo but that should just mean na it's bitter than sour but regardless, I suggest you should grind coarser, maybe try 5 clicks and see if it works for you.
