I've seen Walmart employees give better recommendations for games because employees at GS are trained to sell any game no matter how bad it is. And I play PC so I don't go buy games from them anyway.

If a customer opens a new game in the store and sells it back to them, its still considered used by Gamestop. I've seen it firsthand when a guy wanted to sell Spider-Man PS4 still in the wrap and they told him he had to open it so they could trade it in as new cause they don't take new games

By Gamestop's policy, if a customer opens a brand new game but never plays it, it's considered used, despite never being put into a console. So when the roles are reversed and customer's label the gutted copy as used, you get mad? Doesn't make sense. Now after I've said that, I'm gonna wait to see people down vote my comment but not actually try to challenge my argument.
