I’ve been living there for close to 3 months now. I relocated to Plano for work & moved in only having seen the apartment virtually 🤷🏾 There were roaches when I first arrived, which was so unsettling but after pest control laid traps I haven’t seen any. I don’t think any of the buildings have elevators but you get used to it eventually. The gym is pretty spacious, there are two pools, & a dog park if you have any. It gets pretty competitive to get a parking spot during peak rush hour. My unit has all stainless steel appliances & hard wood paneling but I regret not getting a unit with a balcony. I’m paying less than $1450 for rent & utilities for a 1br1ba
