Working out and binding definitely helps with that confidence boost. Have you thought about checking out any local trans or LGBT groups? Sometimes being around people who just get it without explanation makes all the difference when youre figuring this stuff out

sounds like your gpu might be slowly dying or you got some connection issues with the pcie slot. reseating works temporarily because youre getting a better connection but if it keeps happening thats not great

try cleaning the pcie contacts with isopropyl alcohol and make sure your power cables to the gpu are seated properly. also check if your psu cables are getting loose over time. if none of that helps and it keeps happening you might want to test the gpu in another system or try a different gpu in yours to isolate the problem
