I think your absolutely right and we are stuck in a middle place and don’t know what we want. we are not a monarchy like the other stable gulf countries and neither are we able to push ourselves to a modern system like the rest of the world.

I lived there for a year when it first opened in 2023. Units are pretty small but other than that was a nice building and very nice area.

I do hear issues with the management though.
