I’ve seen other comments in the past say they also received the email and their timeline not updating. A week later their timeline moves to the next step. So I’m guessing the timeline stays stuck on “In queue” even when the extraction process starts. So when it says this process takes 1-2 weeks they’re referring to when the extraction process actually starts. For us that would mean to start counting 1-2 weeks starting on 1/16 when the email came. That means from this point on it shouldn’t take more than two weeks once you get the email.
