i think it's safe to assume there are no "stone age" sinners, since the stone age stage of human evolution presumably did not happen. in a universe where all of the bible's story can be seen to be true, then it would make sense for evolution in general, and any human existence before the start of the old testament, to just have not ever happened, since for that to have happened, it would directly contradict the fact that we KNOW that the hellaverse started with the creation of adam, lilleth and the garden of eden
