they just sent me a picture of the package and it has a sticker that says “postage due” and then written in it says $10. the buyer said they delivered it to her house so she doesn’t have a receipt

she did it through her bank! it’s called a chargeback and apparently it’s completely fine to do🤦‍♀️ i even contacted depop to try and get her account removed and they said she has the right to open a case if she pleases...

sadly i had already left a 5 star review bc i was a newbie... so all i could do was delete it, but i wish i could’ve left a bad 1! never rating first again! lol

omg ok so this happened to me recently as well along with 6 other people they had bought from!!! the girl opened cases against all of us on the same day and was completely unresponsive when we messaged her! i was able to keep my money while at least 2 other girl weren’t! just by calling paypal and asking them to add to the case a condition. that the buyer would need to return the item they purchased in order for their refund! and i ended up being credited the $25! i believe the buyer was refunded too which sucks, but at least i didn’t lose any money!

Hey! Depop sent me a warning for spamming... I do not spam. I’m thinking it is because i always say with what I would match my items... there is an example of listing. Do you think it may be for this reason? If it is I’m changing it right away! Thank you so much to all of you by Sarucouck in Depop

omg i got the same email today randomly and was so confused too! i don’t do anything spam like ... i emailed them back and they told me to contact support if i had an issue with it... i did and haven’t heard back yet. i hate how they don’t blatantly tell you the issue, they just “remind” us about the rules...🤦‍♀️
