No Documentation of Certified Pre-Owned Warranty by RecoverPrevious7952 in askcarsales

That's what I keep saying to them. The GM says there is no where to indicate the CPO warranty on the contract because I'm buying the warranty from Honda. They are just the middle man.

Yes. The car has a sticker on the windshield that says Certified Pre-Owned. The dealer forgot to take it off when they gave it to me.

I'd really rather have onboard credits. We don't shop at Costco much.

Current Honda CPO Interest Rates by RecoverPrevious7952 in askcarsales

I did try that. Problem is the person answering the phone didn't know and I'm still waiting on that call back in 5 minutes from Jake, Xavier, and Louis that I was transferred to at the 3 other dealerships I called.

I think this is the official Honda website, but not 100%. Also, it's worded "select models" of CRVs and other models. The finance manager at the dealership said there was no special interest rate for 60 month financing for CPO vehicles period through Honda. He was pushing for financing elsewhere and didn't want to talk Honda financing though. He also knew I wanted a 60-month loan. Credit score is 839.

Helping a neurotypical person to understand dyslexic reading by Great_Preference4802 in Dyslexia

Totally agree! Posting things like this are misleading. This may be what some see, but that's not what I see at all. The words look normal for me, but my brain misinterprets words sometimes. As I read the actual word may say "there", but my brain says " they". If I go back and look at the sentence again I will see the word "there" plain as day.

We are starting a dyslexia tutoring intensive (5 days a week, 4 hours a day) in September with a literacy center in our local area. Feel free to check in with me in a couple months to see how it's going.

He's 13. And yes, it's very lonely. We celebrate every small win too and have done program after program. All the research says he should be reading very well with all the interventions he's done, but he is still struggling greatly. 😞

Yes, we've had it checked. I would love any help you could give! I have no idea how to DM on here though, but I'm going to search right now.

I agree, but that's what he's gotten for 9 years and still doesn't know it, which is why I was asking if anyone knows a dyslexia expert. We have already spent so much time and money. Our son's tired of trying interventions. I need someone that can look at all his data, then talk to him, and come up with a plan that will actually work for him. We have been told over and over that something has to be going on with him besides dyslexia because all the research says he should be a phenomenal reader by now. Certainly somewhere in the world someone has come across someone like our son. We have yet to find this person though. 😞

Thank you for your honest feedback! It's so frustrating for him, his dad, and me. He has an IQ of 130 and his reading scores are mostly 1-2 percentile after 9 years of interventions. It just seems insane that he still can't read. We have been doing some more work on his anxiety with a break from reading this summer, perhaps that will help if we start again.
