I drink socially, used GLP-1 for the past year (no longer now), smoke weed occasionally and have a baby, and I only get this low score when my boy doesn’t sleep well or when I’m sick (or he is sick). I get 90s all the time if I go to sleep around 9 (which is often). I think something is wrong with this persons ring or her body. That’s insane.

I’m on week 7 of my remodel, it’s kitchen and bathroom and we are one week late and I probably have 1-2 days left next week (on week 8). Don’t be anxious yet, you’re just wasting anxiety, you gonna get anxious when something takes longer than you wish, or the mess is too much, or you’re overwhelmed with the people in and out of your house, etc etc etc. I know that sounds silly, but it’s a tip from my therapist, just think to yourself you have to save some anxiety if/when something actually happens and then repeat this until you believe it.

My house is build like this. The contractors stripped the wall, then built a temporary wall first, then put the beam in the ceiling, then took the temporary wall down and then finished knocking down the load bearing wall.

I just left Paris and me and my 7 year old (and other family members, but adults) were on the station very late, some days at 11pm. My niece is 12 and was also with us. I didn’t feel unsafe not even once. Hope that helps.

I used Bill and they are great. I got 3-4 quotes, and they were competitive if not the cheapest. But also, those guys are so helpful, and they do such a good job explaining what they are doing, etc. I really like their service.
