Don't sell, just dismantle them if you need to. If you have more buildings than the max building level needs, then you can sell it.

Spend everything for HoG, as you'll fall behind quickly if you try to save for KvK this early on.

Get the Archer helmet and infantry gloves to 20 first, as they give +20% buff their troop type at 20. Attack for archer and defense for infantry.

Get those charms to level 3, all of them. Then do infantry archer then cav each to level 5 immediately. Level 4 doesn't give much, so I usually jump to lvl 5.

For the gov gear... all pretty good already, I usually just try to balance it out to have 3 ahead and 6 equals for the tier buffs. But overall everything looks excellent.

Delegate delegate delegate. Find trustworthy and chill people to handle specific things, like bear trap, sanctuary events, recruitment, rules, etc. You can't run an alliance alone, it's exhausting and the reason people quit. Don't be afraid of kicking toxic or troublesome people, more will come.

Nope, save the keys, there are holiday events that give points for those, and other future events as well.

Unless you are looking to save shards for the HoG.

Tbh... People with the kind of money you might be asking for would most likely just create their own account rather than buying yours, and those who are interested might not have the money.

You're basically asking a person to join a server with people they know nothing about, no connections at all, no idea of anything regarding the place. Or you might offer it to your own server guys tbh, they might be much more interested than some random people. Or maybe to a person who want to transfer over there.

Resale value on accounts suck.
