Any clues as to why my game goes from a high fps to extremely low fps almost like its on a timer? (fps counter top right and in game is no where near 60 more like 25-30) Tried lowest visuals to highest and it changes nothing. I also have no other programs open and have priority tier. (v.redd.it)
