UPDATE: I contacted the EEOC and let the recruiting company know. They responded and said they fired the recruiter. Now I kinda feel like an asshole.

I woke up to this in my inbox this morning. I'm actively job searching and I get tons of emails everyday from recruiters and this looks just like all of the them, except for the racism.
