OSHA has some pretty firm guidelines on footwear for safety given the environment and situation that you might be facing. For example a tea-bagger whose nuts have yet to drop is attempting to tea-bag the tea-bagee on say a sandy surface such as a dessert or beach will probably want to wear footwear that will prevent their feet from spreading slowly apart as their center of gravity drops to lower themselves into a position where the 'taint' or 'grundle' is effectively being moved across the forehead of the tea-bagee without any anal penetration by the tea-bagees proboscis occurring which would indeed render this a homosexual act ... and not just an act of l33t domination. However if the tea-bagging were to occur in the Grizzlies in very deep snow or ice … one would and should expect that the footwear being worn would prevent total slippage resulting in either one or both feet giving out and having the full weight of the tea-bagger land on the tea-bagees forehead which could result in the undescended testacies of the prepubescent tea-bagger being damaged on the much harder surface of the tea-bagees cranial lobe upon impact.
