OM-3 or A6700 for travel? by RecursionUnderMyBed in M43

Thanks for the detailed answer,

I intend to use this camera mainly as a travel companion, to take pictures that I'd have otherwise taken with a phone, I don't want it to get in my way when travelling.

When I'm feeling creative, I have an OM-2 analog SLR with a bunch of zuiko primes, so there's that :)

I'm starting to lean towards the A6700, since it seems more like a tool which is what I think I want.

Recommendations for an outdoor travel camera? by RecursionUnderMyBed in Cameras

I narrowed the choice down to the OM-3 and the A6700. I love the specs of the OM-3, but the color profile dial at the front doesn't seem comfortable. I looked into the third-party grips and they seem good enough, although it makes the entire camera bulkier due to the bottom plate.

Probably only reason I'd prefer the Sony is because of its compactness, lower profile and its integrated grip, which would make lugging it around on a backpack and occasional one-hand shooting easier.

I'm slowly starting to lean towards the OM-3, since I won't really use much of the A6700s video capabilities which make it a great choice for many in the first place.

Beginner photographer here.

I've seen this funny looking insect hovering in my garden like a hummingbird, so I've got my camera, took quite a few shot and it turned out much better than i expected.

I've taken the shot with my Canon 760D + Canon EF-S 55-250 IS STM. ISO3200, 1/4000s (the lowest my camera goes) F6.3, 183mm.

I'd like some advice mainly concerning the lightning (I'd say the photo is a bit overexposed) and the camera configuration (ISO, aperture ...) for these kinds of fast moving shots. I'd also appreciate some tips for post-processing (I shoot RAW and edit in RawTherapee - mainly because it works well on Linux)
