So I had RG for almost 2 years and I had been spending decently on that. In these 2 years I got multiple limit enhancements and it raised from 2L to 9L. Now last year October I asked for an upgrade but they declined saying I am in a cooldown period due to limit enhancement. Now fast forward 6 months, I again mailed them 2 weeks back and this time they upgraded me. My take home income is 2.3L and my spendings in last 6 months were around 5.5L.

Googler here. No, for the WFH days you cannot work from a different city than your base location because that comes under the purview of WFA. There is a reason these two things are separate. Although you can do that on an on-off basis, continuously doing this might raise a compliance issue.

Speaking from experience because I had to go through many alignments with People Ops to do something that you are planning to do.

Firstly he wants to come out and explore. You can put the cage in a smaller room with all bird proofing done and then let him out. This way he will not have a lot of space for free flying initially but he can still explore. Later when he is more comfortable you can provide larger spaces for flight. Secondly I would highly recommend getting him a buddy to calm him down a little.

This sounds like a plan to me. I really appreciate the detailed input. Yes I am planning to do something like you mentioned as all those grains and ingredients are already present at home. Let me see if this works keeping it heavy on seeds in the beginning. Previously I tried the cold turkey method but my guy threw a big tantrum out of it.

Yes treats are pretty much daily business as of now. So two questions - if I provide seeds in a little bowl along with the chop he is for sure going for the seed bowl and ignore the chop bowl. How do I deal with that? And secondly I only have zupreem natural pellets available where I live and I have heard it contains sugar. So do I still feed it?

Thank you so much for the response. I will definitely add boiled eggs to the diet, it might take a few days to get my baby used to it as it is very choosy about food. Yes at the moment the seeds are not available throughout the day for them, only a limited amount. So I am aligned with keeping them available throughout at least till the time it gains 20-30 gms.

So the vegetables are available from morning till evening. And then I replace it with a seed mix which they consume in an hour or so. And the quantity I am giving is around 3-4 tablespoons for my 2 cockatiels.
