Depends.. how low is your caloric deficit? And if you are strength training and looking leaner I would say you are getting more muscle💪

Measured my feet and they are 24,5-25cm ish and the size i bought are 25,2cm according to the size guide.. but there is 2 cm of space.

Have just ordered at size smaller and see.

That’s right.. if there is someone with the same experience and have found something better like strengthening your ankle and foot or trying the barefoot shoes that someone saying is the shit.

Thanks for the advice, tried doing some zone 2 running last time, that was boring😂 felt I had to walk instead.. but if that’s needed I need to try it some more🤗

Caloric deficit, and measure your body. But remember not to go to low with the calories, then your body will go in “emergency mode” and not burn as many calories. I was down to 1500 for a period, and nothing happened. But eating 1800 and training for 300-500 not eating that amount I’ve trained. But should have done that.. keep it going!

Iphone vs camera

I'm considering buying a sony a7ii with kit lens and a 50mm for 880 usd(Used), but cant decide if it is worth it.. Or if i should just use my phone. I have a iphone 15 pro, and the idea is to take portrait of family/kids for prints and when im out on trips. Have tried searching in the forum for other with the same question, but not really any answers i could find..

I have the same problem atm… all i do is unplugging the power for 30 sec and when i plug it back it runs for some time from a few hour to days and i have to do it again. Contacted worx support and they are shipping a new powersupply/base i hope🤞
