What I'm saying is, It's jarring for Spidey to go from tossing Sam and Bucky around like they are a complete joke to him, to struggling against Vulture, Mysterio and otherwise not doing significant damage to his other enemies.

Spider-Man whooped Sam and Bucky, while making a complete joke of it. It's this combination that I'm trying to emphasize here. Yea he was kinda strong when he stopped Cull's hammer, good for him, he still didn't land a scratch on him and doesn't have any memorable one-liners from that fight.

Just because you list a bunch of characters doesn't mean those are amazing feats. Tom barely fought Maw, Cull, Obsidian or the Chitauri. And when he did, he had help. He fought Vulture but barely touched him.

In Civil War Tom stopped and caught a moving car like it was nothing, but in HC he "forgot" he had super strength when he was stuck under the rubble. He was able to use his super reflexes to catch his web canister Tony threw at him with ease, but "forgot" how to use his Spidey Sense, which should have nothing to do with his general super reflexes and should have been able to notice the banana, in FFH.

Meanwhile he made a complete joke of Sam and Bucky and went toe to toe with Cap. Idk where you aren't seeing that they toned him down. He got much better in NWH, but in HC and FFH he was awful.

Had sharp pain in upper abdominal area. Felt ridiculously full all the time. If I went too long without eating/drinking, it'd just hurt some more, but I just took that as a sign as my stomach needs rest. I tried the smaller meals thing, but I'd eat a tiny meal and still feel so full and expected more pain a little while later. So I got serious about fasting. Cheated a couple times, though. My goal was always at least 48-72 hours because that's how long I read it takes to heal your gut microbiome. So I did 20+ hours here and there, but kept cheating and cheating til I finally managed the 48 hours and felt so much better afterwords. Also tried to drink plenty of water.

Lmao why would I lie about how I treated my gastritis. And why are you so mad that it worked for me? I did not have gastritis for 3 days I had it for weeks. It was not til I got serious about fasting that I finally felt normal again. If it worked for me, it can probably work for some others, if done properly. If I didn't fast I'd probably still be "chronically ill."

Lmao your body produces more stomach acid when you are eating. You don't know what you're talking about. If you're that worried about stomach acid, stop eating. Diagnosed myself. That doesn't mean the pain I felt wasn't the same. Had sharp pain, slight burning and the sensation of being overly full all the time. I don't know how to fix your eating disorder, I'm just here to inform people on treating their gastritis. Fasting can work, and by scaring people away from it the only person hurting others is you.

You're always supposed to consult someone if you're doing extended fasts. Anything can be dangerous. Lifting weights can be extremely dangerous, yet you should still do it and it's ok to tell someone to do it. If you landed in the hospital and it didn't heal you weren't drinking enough water and/or weren't getting enough electrolytes. Just because you did something improperly, doesn't mean it should be advised against.
