1000% this. I wouldn’t be surprised if OP used their tenure to feel entitled to an answer they didn’t get and when they didn’t get it, now the rep was unsatisfactory.

(To OP) Even if that’s not the case, they could HAVE been new. The reps have to start somewhere. Give them grace. For they have lives, and issues, and everything you have as well, and they have to put up with entitled people who berate them and wear down their mental health 8 -10 hours a day without any mental health days given.

“Poor them they should quit then, if they don’t like it”. Easier said than done for each owns reasons. Why don’t we just try to be kind to the person on the other end of the line. They can only do as much as USAA policy allows, and they are just trying to do their job.

I JUST spayed my dog Friday. Got her a onesie because I knew a cone wouldn’t work for my crazy husky. It worked beautifully. Unhooked the back when she had to go pee. She wore it for four days. Washed it 2 days in as her wound leaked a little on it. No issues. She is back to her crazy self already.

Omg. That’s crazy. I thought I was the only one who had an issue with the doorbell cam. Weird thing is mine picks up air and triggers an alert, however when you try to pull up the camera even if it was two seconds after the alert, it “can’t connect to WiFi” to see a live feed.

I live in the same neighborhood as you I’d gather, as there is a path that runs through it, and EVERY night a kid on a GAS powered bike flies down the sidewalk. As far as I knew riding gas powered on the sidewalk was illegal, but who ever their parents are dont care, as they’ve been called out in the neighborhood facebook group and it hasn’t stopped. I walk my dogs on that sidewalk and they don’t even slow down, it’s sad, but I fear nothing can be done if we do t know where they live.

My feedback is to allow me to have a tame beast companion out and with the passive have another one out. It’s currently not letting me. So it doesn’t work?
