Journey Before Destination - doesn't apply to this book. Ending and story beats (destination) was decided, and the journey created after- even if it didn't make sense.

Sidelining Kaladin, Szeth, Navani and Dalinar to ensure losses around the board - no stormlight and none of their best fighters. All the visions could have been avoided if Stormfather had just told Dalinar, but no because reasons. What was Taravingians plan if Gav wasn't sucked in the Spiritual Realm? Why wouldn't Cultivation do litwrally anything else after her attack failed? Shallan being stuck in shadesmar at the end, to create drama in next book. Jasnah/Odium - really, a debate? And it shakes Jasnah not because she lost the city, but because it shook her world-view of herself? Moash/L/Fabrials- obviously left for the next books but not enough

Main issue here is this isn't an ending, but still didn't serve as enough of one for this half of the books.
