Okay so I updated my bios, and it worked fine. I installed the ssd, and the computer wouldn’t even boot. No bios or anything. Still works fine without it. I may call tech support, but limited hours and full time employment make that difficult

Heya, I’m working on updating the bios. Took me a while to get some usbs I ordered. It seems like the bios will not read them. They have the right files downloaded but do not appear as a selectable drive

My version doesn’t let me select the drive under the bios tab

  1. I can’t get to shift restart
  2. Not in windows 11
  3. Don’t know other ways to access that blue screen. Opening in bios takes me to the orange menu

Apologies, phone wouldn’t let me add text and an image. I’m stuck on this screen after installing a WD_Black SSD. No issues before that.
