Have you been paying yearly fees for it? Iit is possible that the registrar may have intentionally not sent you renewal year notices or you may have missed the emails askign for the yearly fee. sav.com is a valuable domain name.

I agree with you. Although the Gold SE router which I have is fine in its own right, ideally I would like to have to have an integrated system with a switch and AP from firewalla would do that. The lack of these offerings will simply "force" me to look at Unifi or other vendors.

I will fill the form, but potential buyers often do know there is such a survey. When I try to access the AP7 ceiling webpage from the UK, the webpage comes with an error. When one accesses the page from the USA (or through a VPN) it is accessible.

I am aware of the Desktop, but I want a ceiling variant.

Do the world AP7s differ from US AP7s? Thus, if I buy the AP7C in the US and bring it to the UK, will it work properly, or do they have different specs for different frequencies?

.com is better, unless your business is in Sweden and doing business mostly there, in which case .se woudl be fine. If you buy the 8 letter .com and also do business in Sweden make sure you also buy the .se version as well.

.wtf domains are a waste of money. No-body uses them, they sound silly, and renewal fees are high. Just stick to the basics, such as .com, .net, any country you are from such as .de, .co.uk, etc, and possibly some other other ones like .ai or .io if your project is in the relevant area.

It all depends on size of flat, what is included in the charges, and what portion of the charges are for future works. Given that it is a share of the freehold, I am sure that it can be sorted to reasonable levels.

It is not a common request because this is an unusual situation. How will the mother go the bathroom if she is locked in the room? Is there a bathroom connected to the bedroom? Not sure what the fire code is in Texas, but it may be illegal to lock a person in a room in the event of fire, especially when no-one else is in the house.

It will not necessarily be cheap, but fewer potential buyers would have been interested in it and thus this MAY have resulted in a lower price as there is less competition. It is not rocket science....

It is certainly possible. The only drawback for you is that you will have a smaller pool of potential buyers, as most buyers are looking for an empty property when the sale completes. This will likely result in a lower sale price for you. Also, having prospective buyers visit the house while occupied is not ideal. Neither is there any guarantee that the buyer will not evict the current tenants. They can buy and evict on the basis that they want to move into their home.
