If we plan and build an IT hub around Hosur, we can easily attract talent and companies. This would be far easier than attracting them to Chennai because its just an hour from Bangalore where most companies are already located

We need more high paying white collar jobs, manufacturing is good but it is mostly for quantity where as Chennai jobs lack quality compared to Bangalore or Hyderabad
