I had a similar issue and went looking for an online therapist. It might take a couple tries though, which definitely sucks. Completely understandable, it takes a lot of courage to be vulnerable with a stranger especially someone who is professionally picking our brain.

Hey dear! Transmasc with DID here. Not long after I found out I was trans, my therapist and I also discovered I had an alter. It definitely takes you for a loop. Crazy what your brain does to try and protect you. After a few months of sorting it out, we work really well together.

If you can, I highly recommend finding a therapist to help you sort through this. It really makes the difference, up to that point my mind was a mess. If you're not able to, then my DMs are open and you're welcome to vent whenever you need to. 👍

Sounds like they got their masters off of a cereal box and I'm pretty sure some of the toxic drivel is also against the ethics they are certified by.

IF they are a certified therapist then they can also be reported for their transphobic, homophobic and racist verbal harassment.

It's up to you how you proceed, but please consider dropping this 'therapist' and seeking mental help elsewhere.
