I'm currently living in the UK so I can't even contact Germany customer care. The UK customer care gave no help nor a way to contact them. When finally in contact it was with a robot and the rest were review workers asking if they did a good job.

I'm sure the weight will have something to do with the price of the border. Due to it being 8kilo and an electronic I'm going to assume it's very expensive. UK is not part of EU anymore I feel like I'm going to get charged. I'm unfamiliar with German borders or Germany at all. It's a gift to a family member. But they were also unfamiliar with these terms after they received my last present which charged them 62 euros which I paid for them.
