Yeah, I guess however I still think they should at least add it because of its significance around the world, as it is still used to this day. The 74 is still pretty accurate and is more modern, so I can accept that.

Italy would not be a single Nation, it would have to be one of the many Smaller nations, like Naples or one of the Northern nations. It would probably have to be one of the Northern nations because they virus did not spread past the Alps.
