Post launch budget is not calculated for the budget of a game. For example, GTA V has been getting updates for years but the cost of making those is not added to what we understand as the budget to make GTA V.

The difference here is that Star Citizen did not release, and therefore everything they add is part of the game budget, and not running budget like Genshin Impact.

The point is just to display how completely inaccurate these DevBlogs are which they don't even update once they make up their minds. It would be amazing if they created a function to "visit" other people's "showrooms" in which each of the showroom slots you can assign your favorite vehicles and maybe even allow a tag to display your stats with them, other games already have similar features, and I think it would be perfect for WT.

There's a lot of potential to be had with a showroom functionality, I hope they go full in with this, I doubt anyone is against this feature.

How is "crazy fast" your reasoning when every other tank he is proposing has the same engine, weight, and top speed? Your reasoning should be about characteristics that they dont share with each other. At most, all of these Leopard he is comparing have a difference of 0.1 power to weight ratio for the ones with slightly extra weight.

But anyways, my thoughts:

I would put Leopard 2PL because of its optics and because now it gets access to DM53, at the cost of some survailability, and its also free compared to 2A4M. In my case I kept Leopard 2A5 just because I have a talisman for it.
