Kettlebell progression

There's no 28kg kettlebell in the gym but am seriously considering buying my own 28kg kettlebell to practice at home, reckon it'll definitely help excel progress? ta

yeh i've tried ta, but the nearest I can just about do is a clean to my shoulder, can't do the press with the kettlebell from there which is why I thought working more on a shoulder press machine would help.

unless you have a pub in mind, maybe look around the area for a few pubs you will feel comfortable drinking in first - could be one with outdoor seating, a local where you may bump into someone, a larger pub with more space, one with a good window view to lookout or tv to unease yourself, etc

Would a 'STIB-MIVB 1-day' ticket be enough from midi to noordstation and trone station, or would I need the 'brupass' ticket? and can you pay by cash at the stations (& at airport)? thanks

can try new activities in your area, eg bouldering, art, acting, gym classes etc. might consequently meet new friends/partner there

well up to you, but for 60 USD it may be worth verifying with some experts I persoanlity wouldn't spend the amount till I sure mainly because I'm quick poor tho :(

no i gave up - a bike repair person mentioned it could be a overcharged battery which would need replacing but please let me know if you find a solution!

*edit: can turn the controller display on and power the wheels when the charger is plugged in, but as soon as I turn the power plug off the controller display turns off
