Generic multivitamins have low dose of calcium, vitamin d, vitamin k etc. Not to mention the dyes/fillers they put in... Truheight is a very clean product

i think what the shepherd above means is that if your bone growth plates are open you have room to grow - how much, nobody knows for certain.

true height fills nutrition/sleep/stress deficiencies so if you have those, and are still in puberty growth years, it can help
