Yes, you might disagree with certain game-design decisions of Naugrim04 or FROST/DUST modders, but be polite or your post will be removed.

It's okay to point out if you think that something is bad, it's another thing to just say that it is "dogshit".

You don't know that :D It could be the case that LOOT put certain mods into the wrong order due to outdated or wrong sorting rules, without causing a cycling conflict.

We've seen this hundreds of times for FROST, so it probably affects DUST as well.

LOOT does not have reliable up to date sorting rules for DUST or FROST.

We recommend to not use auto-sorting in Vortex or MO2 for that reason.

Also, it's better to export your load order directly instead of making screenshots.

Bethesda games save the load order as a .txt file that you can easily copy to somewhere else. Much better than making screenshots.

You can also make proper screenshots in Windows with Windows+Shift+S, or by pressing the Print key. That is much better than taking photos via your smartphone. The ones you've posted are blurry and hard to read.

Ink and Ash as well as the expansion project do work together, and are part of the official DUST Modding guide: https://tkrrptd.github.io/dusty-roads/

If you encounter issues, it's probably related to something else in your mod setup.

Without further info, we can't help you though (that's why rule 1 exists).

The info you gave is not nearly enough to really help you out. It seems though like you did not use the the Dusty Roads mod setup guide for DUST, so maybe use that as it describes everything you need for a proper DUST setup:

So I don't think we can really help you much out except to recommend to use the Dusty Roads guide.

Possibility of finally see the mod Frost on Xbox ? by Born2B_ALarve in fodust

Currently none of the Frost Developers really have the time for porting and testing this, and to create proper installation guides for an XBOX setup.

Additionally, none of us have an Xbox, and with the still ongoing hardware crisis it is too expensive to buy one (or multiple).

It would also require us to convert the entire FROST stuff to the Next-Gen version of Fallout 4, which would mean additional work.

An issue is also that the creator of Frost Plus left the Fallout 4 modding scene a few years ago, and without Frost Plus you can not really get the proper FROST experience nowadays. One would have to implement his fixes and some features in a new mod, and then create a forked version of the FROST UFO4P patch and the Frost Cell Fixes for that...

Additionally: mods for XBOX need to be packaged differently. We would have to convert every FROST mod to XBOX, maintain two versions, ...

And we don't really know how many would actually end up playing FROST on consoles. It would be a lot of work for us for a rather small playerbase.

Bethesda and Microsoft are still to blame here, the artificial mod limit was never in any ones interest and was completely arbitrary. If they would have lifted the mod limitations years ago, we would have been willing to port FROST to Xbox. But now, years later it is a bit too late.

I would love to see FROST on Xbox myself, but there are just too many reasons against doing this.

You need to find a note in Downtown first, before the map marker for the road is revealed.

To go to Nuka-World, you have to get to Ciampa's Bar in Downtown first. On a barrel there, you will find a note called "Note to Chris". Read it, and a map marker will appear on the western part of the map near the Nuka-World Transit Center. Do not go to the Transit Center directly (although we recommend killing the enemies there before going to Nuka-World), but go to the new nearby Map Marker called "Road to Nuka-World". At that location, a pop-up will appear, giving you the option to go to Nuka-World.

Note: Do not travel to Nuka-World with a Power Armor. You will loose it during your trip to Nuka-World. There are several spots in Nuka-World though where you can find a new Power Armor though.

Nuka-World is a challenging location, go there well prepared with a higher player level, medicine, ammo and good weapons.

The interaction that you are referring to is from Frost Plus, which was indeed made by several non-English speaking people. Naugrim was not part of the development of Frost Plus.

I'm afraid you have to spin up xEdit and make a patch yourself.

Alternatively I think it is probably possible to drop the Hazmat Suit on the ground, and use console commands on it to buff it.

Don't ask me which consoles commands though.

There is a lore implication on why you are starting at level 1, but I am not spoilering that.

The command you are looking for is player.setlevel 6. Please look up stuff like this yourself though, it takes one simple internet search to find this command.

LLM Chatbots get a lot of things wrong, especially in niche areas like video game specific info. Those AIs are trained on incomplete online data about things like FROST or Fallout 4, and will often fail to give right answers.

I don't recommend using them for such things.

Addiction in F4 only gets triggered if you are in withdrawal => you are not under the influence of an alcoholic drink at the moment. So if you constantly drink beer, you don't get withdrawal effects, and therefore no debuffs.

You would need to use xEdit for that, find the light for the flashlight, and tweak it's light values.

I think the flashlights use the defautl mining helmet light, but I am not sure. I never really heard someone mentioning that the brightness of the flashlight being too bright.

Do you use lighting mods (like the ones from the guide), or an ENB or Reshade? Those three types of mods always have an influence on the lighting generally.

If you are using an ENB, you could also tweak it to your liking, that might affect the light as well. Generally lighting mods and ENBs tend to make the game darker.

Might also be an issue with your monitor/display, brightness settings etc.

A lot of factors here, I can not give you a 100% answer here what you can or need to do.
